1. What’s eligible
- PRO annual subscription — full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Single-film purchase (€9.99) — refundable within 14 days only if you have not yet exported a finished film with that purchase.
2. What’s not eligible
- Renewals after the initial 14-day window (you can still cancel future renewals at any time).
- Single-film purchases where the film has already been exported.
- Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase.
- Charges where there’s clear abuse (e.g. repeated refunds on multiple purchases).
3. How to request a refund
- Email hello@momentro.me from the address you used to buy.
- Include your order ID (from your receipt) or the email used at checkout.
- Tell us briefly what didn’t work — your feedback genuinely helps the product.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Statutory rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal). If your local law gives you stronger rights, those apply.
5. Cancellations vs refunds
Cancelling your PRO subscription stops future renewals. It is not the same as a refund. To request a refund for a charge that already happened, follow the steps in section 3.
6. Disputes
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay the resolution and may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
